02Sponsor
The giveaway ("Giveaway 001") is sponsored by CLN Performance LLC, [street address, city, state ZIP] ("Sponsor"). The giveaway is administered on Sponsor's behalf by ViralSweep ("Administrator").
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Ford Motor Company, Whipple Superchargers, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Meta.
03Who can enter
Giveaway 001 is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry, excluding residents of [any states ViralSweep advises excluding].
Employees, officers and members of Sponsor and Administrator, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and anyone living in their households are not eligible.
The winner must hold a valid driver's license to take delivery of the prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
04Giveaway period
Giveaway 001 begins at [12:00:00 p.m. ET on start date] and ends at [11:59:59 p.m. ET on end date] (the "Giveaway Period"). The countdown on clnperformance.com shows the time remaining. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
05How to enter
There are two ways to enter during the Giveaway Period.
Option A: buy a digital poster package
Buy any CLN Performance digital poster package at clnperformance.com. Each package comes with a bonus number of entries into Giveaway 001, credited to the name and email address used at checkout:

You will receive an email confirming your order and the number of entries credited. Entries from an order that is refunded, reversed or charged back are void.
Option B: free entry by mail
See the next section. No purchase is required.
06Free entry by mail
To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each eligible mail-in request receives [800] entries, the same number of entries as Package 1. Limit one card per envelope. Mail-in requests must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by [date].
Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or late requests are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected mail.
07Entry limits
Each person may receive a maximum of [number] entries in Giveaway 001, combined across all methods of entry. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, scripts or any automated method to exceed this limit will void all of that person's entries.
08The prize
One (1) grand prize: a 2025 Ford F-150 regular (single) cab with a Whipple supercharger and the aftermarket modifications described on clnperformance.com at the end of the Giveaway Period, including a vehicle wrap and aftermarket exhaust and headers. VIN: [VIN]. Approximate retail value (ARV): $[amount].
The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty from Sponsor beyond any remaining manufacturer or parts warranties that transfer by their terms. Wheel horsepower figures, if published, are from a dyno test on a specific day and are not guaranteed.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, title, registration and license fees, and insurance. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV and the winner must provide a completed Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. No transfer or substitution of the prize except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
09Drawing and odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, conducted on or about [drawing date] by Administrator, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted by email and phone using the information provided at entry within [3] days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within [7] days and sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within [14] days of receiving them.
If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
11Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, and photos and video of the winner with the prize, on clnperformance.com (including the Past Winners section) and on CLN Performance social media, without further compensation.
12General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent way.
If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control that affects its fairness or integrity, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, where permitted, award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the event.
13Release and liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Administrator, and their officers, members, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical or network failures, or entries that are lost, late, incomplete or misdirected.
14Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [state], without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in [county, state].
15Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to run the giveaway and as described in the Privacy Policy.
16Winner's list
The winner's name will be posted in the Past Winners section of clnperformance.com after verification. You can also request it by mail within 60 days after the end of the Giveaway Period at the address in Sponsor, labeled "Giveaway 001 Winner's List."
