01Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use cover your use of clnperformance.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make on it. The Site is run by CLN Performance LLC ("CLN Performance," "we," "us"). By using the Site or buying anything on it, you agree to these terms. Each giveaway also has its own Official Rules, which control if they conflict with these terms.

02Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to buy a package or enter a giveaway. By making a purchase you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method.

03Digital posters

Each package includes a high-resolution digital poster delivered by email download link after checkout. No physical item ships.

You get a personal, non-commercial license to download, print and display the poster. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or use it in a way that suggests CLN Performance endorses you or your product.

If your download link doesn't arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.

04Giveaway entries

Giveaway entries are a free bonus that comes with a poster package. They are not sold separately and have no cash value. The number of entries for each package is listed on the Site and in the Official Rules.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is described in the Official Rules, and free entries count the same as entries that come with a purchase.

05Payments and checkout

Checkout is handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include any applicable sales tax shown at checkout.

06Refunds

[Refund policy: for example, digital posters are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where required by law. Confirm with CLN Performance.]

If an order is refunded, reversed or charged back, the entries that came with it are removed from the giveaway.

07Emails

We send order and entry confirmations by email. If you sign up for updates, we'll also email you when a new giveaway opens and when a winner is drawn. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We don't send text messages.

08Our content

The CLN Performance name and logo, the posters, photos, video and text on the Site belong to CLN Performance or are used with permission. Ford, F-150 and Whipple are trademarks of their owners, who are not affiliated with and do not endorse CLN Performance.

09Using the site fairly

Don't use bots or scripts to enter, create fake accounts or email addresses, interfere with the Site's operation, or try to get around entry limits. We may cancel orders, void entries and block access for anyone who does.

10Other services

The Site relies on outside services, including Shopify for checkout and ViralSweep for giveaway entries, and links to Instagram and TikTok. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

11Disclaimers

The site and digital posters are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Vehicle specs, photos and performance figures are for illustration and may change as a build is finished.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CLN Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state]. Any dispute will be handled individually in the state or federal courts located in [county, state].

14Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect purchases you made before the update.
